Neurodivergent Community Group Rules

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space for all members. Please follow these guidelines: Respect Everyone: Treat all members with kindness and empathy. Different experiences and perspectives are welcome—disrespect is not. Use Supportive Language: Choose words that uplift and encourage; avoid hurtful or triggering comments. Protect Privacy: Keep personal stories shared in the group confidential unless you have permission to share elsewhere. No Bullying or Hate Speech: Harassment, discrimination, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated. Stay on Topic: Share experiences, resources, or questions related to neurodiversity, mental health, or wellness. No spam or unrelated promotions without admin approval. Use Trigger Warnings: Label sensitive topics (e.g., trauma, self-harm) at the beginning of your post. Seek Help in Emergencies: This group is for support and education, not crisis care. In danger, call 911 or a crisis hotline. Share Advice Responsibly: Offer suggestions, not prescriptions—everyone’s journey is unique. Respect Young Members: Keep discussions appropriate if minors are present. Follow Admin Guidance: Admins may remove posts or members violating rules. Contact admins privately with concerns.
